It took me quite a while to make the file format to be finally compatible with this website. Lessons I've learned about the restrictions imposed on file formats:
1. Each episode cannot exceed 2 hours.
2. If you use Audacity for recording your podcast, please use these specifications (1) Set sample format: 16-bit;
(2) Sampling rate: 441000;
(3) MP3 encoding: 128Kbps
3. Although I did not try it, I suspect that all these issues would not have happened if I had used MyPodcast Recorder from this website. So if you want to avoid all the hassle, you may want to use that instead, although your experience with Audacity will be more versatile for future use.
