Good practices from the podcast:
1. The two real-world interviews add a human touch to the podcast;
2. The topic on privacy and security considerations in personalization is a very important issue that we have not addressed in the classroom;
3. Christine's wrap-up of the pros and cons after Michelle and Birju has each discussed it. It helps give a focus to the topic and functions as a reinforcement of the points raised.

Areas for improvement:
1. The flow of the podcast would have been better if the pros and cons were discussed a little earlier in the podcast. The group seems to have drawn a conclusion very early on in the podcast that personalization should be done (it's not a question of yes or no but rather how much), and then launched into the debate on the pros and cons of personalization. Seems a little out of logical order.
2. While the information on how personalization is done is informative, the materials sound a little dry and could have been supplemented with more concrete examples to illustrate the ideas.
3. If there were some real dialogs between the consumers and the podcasters, the interview snippets would have been even more interesting and engaging.
