The podcast is a bit long at 42 min. We tried to break up the show by adding commercials and a game show "Dude or No Dude." The commercials are on 16 min, 30 min, 40 min. "Dude or No Dude" is located between the 30 min and 40 min segment.
You guys are very funny, and that helped create an entertaining show. A couple of positive things that deserve mentioning:
1. A dialog approach among the three hosts helped make the podcast engaging.
2. The game at the end of the podcast helped recap the main points discussed in an entertaining format.
3. The latter discussions were also informative on the retention and loyalty issues.
Suggestions for improvement:
1. While I understand the need of taking a more relaxed approach at the beginning, the fun seems to have drown out the actual content of the 10 steps to building trust. It was hard to focus on what the key points were because of distraction from the fun. This got much better later in the show though.
2. Certain areas could have ventured further away from the textbook.
